Have you ever heard something called “Emancipation”? I think most people will answer with “yes”. But let me ask you, what’s the first thing you remember when you hear the word Emancipation? For this question, most people probably answer R.A Kartini, right? Yeah.. it’s because she was the pioneer of the Emancipation. Everybody knows that Emancipation set the woman free to get their right as the man can get. Emancipation thinks that the woman and the man have the same right in life, and nobody can deny that. But recently, in this modern era people think that the woman’s place is it at home cause if there’s still too much Emancipation there will be a dislocation of woman’s right and responsibility.

            Some people agree that the woman’s place naturally is it at home. Because they think that if the woman works as a man, they won’t do their responsibility to take care of their household and the children. They often depend on the housemaid. And that’s not a good way to create a harmonic lovely family. Moreover, the career woman spend their most time on doing their job at the office, they go early in the morning and come back home lately at night. How could they take care of the children and the household? Maybe for them the house is just a place to take a rest and sleep, and rarely the place to get some breakfast. The children won’t recognize their mother, they’ll just know their Mom’s name and face, but they can’t feel the warm touch of a mother.

            But on the other hand, some people are still strongly agreed that the woman has the same right as the man has. So, they think that it’s absolutely wrong if people against the statement of Woman’s Freedom to get their right. The fact has proven that the woman can do what the man can do. The God has given the same potency. So, why doesn’t the woman take a chance? Besides, sometimes the woman doesn’t go to work just because of their want. But they work for the family, to help their husband on solving the finances problem of the family, or to complete the children needs. So, they’re both doing their right and the responsibility as a woman.

            What can we say about it? We just can to make an anticipation to our family, especially as a woman we should prepare our self to become a good mother, a good wife and be a good example for the family. We can do our responsibility and we can get our right.
